Ok so I'm not sure how I did it but I lost 12.6 this week!!! I think because I had drank a lot of soda's the week before and so last week when I cut them out completely I think is how I lost that lol. I have a goal of working out 3 times this week so I hope I accomplish it. Hope you all have great weigh in's! Sending skinny vibes your way!

12 pounds!!!! That is incredible. I bet you feel great! I weighed myself this morning down 3lbs from last week. I usually average 3 lbs lost a week. I'm going to try to exercise a little more this week! Hope all you lovely ladies had yourself a good weekend!

I'm only down 1.4 this week but I was expecting that (TOM). Hoping for a bigger loss next week to catch me up!

Way to go Bright! Ya I am VERY happy lol! I don't want to pull numbers like that all the time cause it's not healthy but I don't mind every once in a while lol.

Congrats Jeckeree! That's awesome that you had a loss with TOM! I usually gain and then lose it the next week lol. I bet you have great numbers next week!

I am 30/F/Kentucky. Although I'll be 31 really soon.

This has been a horrible week for me. I weighed in on Sunday and was at 303.8. Pretty good week.

Since then.. mother nature went insane. We had 7 + inches of wet/heavy snow, no electricity, and lots of trees down everywhere. As a result I had to spend 2 days at my Moms house and that was a disaster as they always have such yummy, down home, country cooking. Comfort food. It was bad to say the least. After 8 weeks, I really thought I had a handle on this.. guess not.

Today is a new day and I am determined to do better.

i had to tell ya'll about my dinner tonight! it was sooooooo good lol. it was crusted talapia and it was the best frozen fish i have ever eaten. it was by treasures of the sea and it was the the parmesan crusted kind. it was only 230 calories but tasted like it should've been alot more. i also had instant minute brown rice and green beans. but wanted to let ya'll know about the fish incase you were looking for something like it

Thanks for telling us about the fish! I actually have been wanting to try that kind. I see commercials of it and it looks so good! I will be looking for it next time I'm at the groceries!
