Is the weight loss/exercise effecting your TOM? My last normal one was 3 cycles ago...wondering if anyone else experienced this??
Mine went ALL kinds of wonky throughout the last 2 years. It got heavier for a while, then WAY lighter, then it kind of spread out to the point where I didn't know if it was going to be between 3 or 5 weeks before it started. Just recently it started coming every 2 weeks, so I went off the BC I was on in an attempt to regulate me again. I start a new regimin on Saturday. My fingers are crossed that this fixes the issues.
Yes, mine has always been super heavy w/a six day flow, even when I was much thinner, and I never, ever spotted. I began to spot in August and did for a couple weeks, which of course made me crazy-nervous, then got my period for like half the length I usually do. Now I'm not spotting again, thankfully, and should be flowing in about two weeks. Ugh.
For me, it's sort of been the opposite. I've been peri-menopausal for a while, and weight loss seemed to make me more regular (though not completely).
Mine starts earlier now then what I was use too. Sometimes its heavy sometimes it light. Its alittle wonky right now because I just lost 2 pounds to make me under 300. So I am expecting it ot be this way for a bit.

IDK, I haven't been trying for more than a month yet.
Good question though, it's nice to know this might cause some changes in my cycle.
I find mine to be more "on target" when I'm exercising, eating healthier, and on a regular sleeping schedule.
It tends to be wonky when I'm being a lazy lump.
mine seems to be getting a little heavier now (50 lbs gone). It was really, really awful about 18 months ago so I got a Mirena and that helped - didn't go away completely but definitely lighter. It's not as bad now as it was before that, but it's definitely not as light as it was a few months after I got the Mirena, but before I started losing the weight.
I couldn't tell you. Mine got all jacked up a little over 5 years ago when I had my tubes tied.
I definitely know that weight GAIN has affected mine. It's been extremely irregular over these past few months that I've been gaining, and it used to be like clockwork, so I'm hoping as I lose weight it'll return to normal.
