Okay, today I am back in the boat. It took everything I had to not eat garbage for dinner. But I ate within plan and exercised and journalled, so I am happy. Hoping to stick around for a while.

Another good day of eating and I actually got a small walk in. Better than nothing!

The rolls at red lobster are evil!! I ate too many!! Otherwise I did great! I skipped dinner to make up the difference in calories. Still not the best use of calories. Nice thing is today is a new day!

If today is day 100 I sure didnt do as well as I planned.I think I spent as much time in the water as I did in my seat. I can say Im down 7lbs from the start of the boat. I was sure hoping to make it more. I can truly say I would have had a gain in that time if not for the boat. Im going back to breaking my next 100 days into 10 day segments. I did so well when I stuck with that plan.
