I'll walk to physical therapy and then again to my dr. appt - at least today will have some exercise in it. I've not accomplished what I wanted to in this process but I've held my own and hope to end with a loss during this time. |

I keep getting on to post about my lifeboat days, but then forgetting by the time the forums load! *facepalm* I'm still in the boat. I'm just going through one of those "less motivated" times. I'm sure you all know what I mean. Where you're going through the motions, but there's no "oomph" behind it. Of course, being in the boat is absolutely marvelous! Just gotta keep going with it through these times when a stray could be just around the corner. (Wanna avoid straying!) |
I fell out, truly out. So I'm climbing back in. I'm glad we're going to keep going too, but I think I need a shorter time span to keep myself focused. So my challenge to myself is to stay POP until day 100. I'm not saying I'm going offplan on day 101, but I need to build up some success again.

Angela - I hope to end up at 100 days with a loss for that time frame.

Been fairly dry. Amazing considering I'm battling pre-TOM cravings. I did get a pumpkin spice latte this weekend, but was amazed at how sweet it was! I used to slurp a lot of those (now just occasional winter treats).
Perhaps breaking our 100 days into 10 day increments? Phase 1 thru phase 10? We can patch the boat between sessions and make sure everyone is back in with towels. Hugs, Ratkity |
Good day eating yesterday, but I stayed inside due to a very windy day. All that dust and pollen, YUCK!

POP yesterday - got a lot done but not counting formal exercise. Calories were a bit higher than I like but each bite recorded!

Oh my gosh, we're almost at the original goal of 100 days! I've been doing well, save for the fact that I am getting over a wretched cold. I didn't let it deter me from my daily walk (a good thing!), and strangely enough it's helped me to stay within my points a bit since food doesn't taste as good. (Can't smell as much!) :hug: |
Hi, not sure how thus works. But I'm in. I have been Pop since January. My top weight was 349. I'm now at 265. I count calories and too the best of my ability I eat low fat, low sugar, and low carb. I was doing low impact at home but my doctor recommended I do water aerobics so I joined a gym and love it. My husband joined too and is a greT support.

Yesterday was great food wise, but no exercise at all. It rained all day. Weatherman is calling for more today, so I will dodge the raindrops as I run errands today.

I had a POP weekend even with a party involved. Having lunch with hubby today at Red Lobster but it will be POP also!! I can do this!!
