I myself have a lot to lose, and currently work at a Dairy Queen lol. So this should be quite interesting. And I have to quit smoking which will be by far the single hardest part of this whole healthy living thing.
I'm currently 351lbs, 5'7" and 21 years old. Ideally I would like to loose 100lbs by this time next year and in the end weigh no more than 150lbs. But I guess I should start by quitting smoking
