Good Morning Everyone. Yesterday was my little girls 6th birthday, and we went to Schlitterbahn. OMG, it almost killed me, lol! It was 105 with a heat index of 112 in the shade!!!! I swear I walked at least 5 miles and climbed at least 25 flights of stairs, not to mention the swimming and everything else. We were there from 10am - 8pm, and we did stand in line some, but MOST rides the lines were very quick, 15 min. or so, and some had virtually no lines. So I am gonna log 3 hours in exersize for yesterday, (and I KNOW I am estimating very LOW) and boy am I feeling it today!!! So that is 180 minutes, plus my 20 minute walk from monday, so that is a total of 200 minutes.

iamworthit - My personal trainer is amazing. The first couple of sessions I wasn't sure about him but he needed to find a baseline and that takes a bit of time. He actually makes working out fun and pushes me at just the right level. If you don't like yours get a new one... you need and deserve to have one that you can relate to and feel comfortable with.

2 more hours of walking today, with probably more to come this evening. In some ways I feel like I shouldn't be counting these minutes, because I don't want to lose the motivation to keep up with my 35 minutes a day after we return home tomorrow. My boyfriend is recovering from bariatric surgery complications since Saturday. I've been up at the hospital every evening, the gym every morning and with my kids after the hospital and work. Crazy life. Add my online college classes to that, and I don't know which end is up! But I'm making it happen.

I had an amazingly productive morning. I've been feeling down the past couple of days but getting out and moving has really helped and today I feel back to my 'let's kick butt' self.
