Im looking out my window at a beatiful sunrise!! Its breathtaking!!
Scales showed no change from 10 days ago. That also means no gain!! Hoping for a whoosh in the next 10days. Day 30 was a bit carb heavy but calories were right. I was planning on upping my exercise this week but I slipped and reinjured my knee last night. GRRR I wont be exercising for a few days. Im not changing my plan in the next 10 days. Just keep doing what im doing now. |
Yesterday was perfect. Good eating and TOMs gone, so I got back in the pool.
Had a delish lunch with my son. He did talk me into having one bite of his pizza because he swears it's the best he's ever had (and he is totally right), but I stuck with my salad. We went to a little restaurant near the county sheriffs office. We were extremely well protected, my son and I counted 25 detectives/deputies having lunch there with us. Anyway on to another fabulous day all! dgramie- take care of that knee! |

Day 31 went just fine. I haven't weighed since before we went on vacation, and I know that although my calories are okay, I've been high on sodium and low on fiber, so I'm a bit afraid to face the scale tomorrow, but I'll get any extra water off in a day or two, I'm sure.
I upped my exercise to 35 min. a day for the second quarter of this challenge, but I did over an hour of walking every day I was on vacation, so I'm thinking I should try to at least alternate days of 45-60 minutes with days of 35. |
I ate a too much yesterday. I came in at 1800 calories and I like to keep my limit at 1600. Guess I should be glad it wasnt more than that. I am frustrated with my knee injury. I have a hard time just sitting around with it up. I get bored and tempted to eat. Hubby is in an eating mood lately and makes it harder on me.

Angela - bet you will be surprised and pleased with the scale.
Debbie - take care of that knee. Snug up the lifevest - hang on tight - you can do it! My scale is finally giving up what it took back last week. I'm working today which feels so weird - haven't worked on Friday in years. Stay strong! |

Day 31 - Was allll good. Points were on target, and I added in a couple new exercises into my body weight routine, plus I got in my walk as usual.

Yesterday was great! DH and I went out - calories were a little over where I like to be - good choices and each bite recorded. I suspect I may have overestimated on the high side.
Today will work the menu plan for the week, get groceries in and relax a bit. Back to the heat for us. |

We've been making homemade pizza lately -- fabulous!
I'm struggling a little. Not the ironclad control I had earlier. Doing okay on calories and all, but feeling less solid. |
I'm not right where I'd like to be either, Heather.
Went a little over on calories yesterday. I don't usually compensate one day with another, but I'm about as far under today as I was over yesterday, so I'll take that as a way to try to stabilize myself. Got my exercise in yesterday even though I didn't feel like it, and again today. Looks like the water's still a little choppy for a lot of us. I'm going to make an effort to do some extra planning tomorrow, especially since it's going to be another challenging week. I'm travelling to visit family; the days I'm with them are always tough, both in terms of making time to exercise and, of course, in being less in control of what I'm eating. Hope Day 32 was good to you all. |
Day 33!
A few Points over today (still within Weeklies), but that's expected/planned with the pizza.
I'm having a light evening salad and some water, and then that shall be my day. Not bad at all! =) |
Good day yesterday eating wise, but no pool exercise due to mother nature. So much lightning, me no like. Kinda a blessing though, I spent the day resting and icing my many aches and pains. I had to work in shifts. First my achilles, then behind my knee, then my shoulder and finally my neck. UGH!
