Im here on the edge trying hard to hang on. Yesterday was a struggle for some reason. Today will be grilled foods for dinner so that should make for an easy day. I did get to start back walking slowly. It will take me time to build back up to where I was.

Day 65 (Yesterday) was pretty good. Got my exercise in early, and ate within my points.

I know it's just water weight but I love the whoosh the scale is showing!

thanks Carol for the help getting back in the boat. I had a woosh of water weight also. It feels so good. I ate really light yesterday and its sure felt good not waking up with heartburn in the middle of the night. Its amazing how fast we can forget how good eating right feels. I got my walk in also.

completely fell out of the boat last night. I need to get back in or I'm going to erase all my losses!!!! :(

Day 66 (Yesterday) was very "meh".
I was kind of dragging my feet in the water. I stayed within my Points, and I got the bare minimum of exercise, but the food choices themselves weren't stellar. And I put off exercising until late at night when I knew I wouldn't want to do it. Not thrilled, but today is a new day. |
Today was a great day food was right on target. Feels so good to be back in the boat!

Hey, all. It'd be nice to have the excitement we did 60-some days ago, but I guess I'll take OP even without the excitement, as long as it's OP.
Eating has been fine, but the beginning of the semester has wreaked havoc with my exercise. Here I go... tomorrow I'm going to try again to plan better for the week, including exercise time. |

Let's see...
Day 67 (Friday) was good! Everything was on par. Day 68 (Saturday)... It was the first day in a long time that I missed my daily exercise. I can't say I fully regret it. I slept a lot, and I think my body needed a rest day. That being said, I still went out grocery shopping so I got in walking that way as well as taking my apartment stairs. Even with missing my planned exercise, I still feel like it was a pretty good day. Food wasn't crazy. Plenty of good things :) I'm happy to see everyone in the boat! |
