WELL DONE! i have just passed the 1 week mark too, and have lost 3 pounds which i am over the moon about.

Well done too!

My consultant gave me a lump of fat to hold that weighs 5lb.... to think I'd lost 2 of them amazed me since they felt so heavy. I never want to have to carry that 10pound around again!
