Wow, December!!

So, hubby is out of town and all sorts of things seem to go wrong. Yesterday I got to deal with a clogged toilet and a MOUSE in the house. Though, had he been home, I still would have had to deal with the mouse....

oh heather- I hate a clogged toilet or sink. My sister told me to pour a bottle of dawn dishwashing liquid down them and let it set for a few hours. She said to then follow up with really hot water.

I had a great day yesterday. It feels good to be POP!!

My head is going to explode -- from congestion. My sinuses are completely clogged now!

Sadly, I don't think the plunger that worked on the toilet will work on my head!!

We leave on vacation in the morning - when I come back I hope to be lighter - I feel like I'm in the right place to make that happen.

Yay Carol!

I'm definitely still in the thick of the cold and the congestion. I'm actually stressing over not exercising yet in December! On the plus side, I'm getting some relaxation in.

heather_ please dont send the snow to me!!! Its turned cold and they are saying just north of us could get an inch or two. Going down in the teens tomorrow evening.

rainbow- so glad to see you again.

Ran around this morning and got groceries and a few christmas stocking things for my grandchildren. Its so much fun to buy for them. Good thing I dont have much money or their mommy and daddy might get upset with all the stuff I would love to buy them.
Food was not the best choices(doughnut ) but my calories are right on.

Tampa is warm and sunny compared to home - can't wait to see what the Caribbean will bring us - hope it brings the holiday spirit.

Great food/exercise day.

I had a good food weekend and the scales went down into the 220s again. I am ready to face that brickwall in the teens again and scale over it!!
I ate a doughnut on saturday morning but didnt let it ruin my whole day of eating. I just counted the calories and moved on. Thats a huge success for me!!!!
