I'm new to the exercise thread, and NEVER exercise myself, so I'm going to give myself a nice attainable goal of 480 minutes. That's 30 minutes/day 4 days/week. I can totally do that!

Today was 20 minutes of heavy cleaning....my kitchen was baaaaaaddddd.

I'm in for August. I'm in for 2500 which I may not make but I set my goal too low last month and felt that hindered me from being my best.

August 1-2, 2010: 158 minutes

* 80 minutes of Paddleboating.
This was tougher than anything my trainer has ever asked me to do in 14 months.
* 8 minutes of calisthenics
* 30 minutes of cooking
* 30 minutes of laundry
* 5 minutes of scrubbing the floor
after a noxious mess
* 5 minutes of walking the dog

Personal Total: 158/2500

Group Total: 850 + 158 = 1008
