Default Had to tell someone....
I am now below 300 lbs for the first time in at least 5 years. I have cried, laughed and cried some more.

It has been such a struggle at times, but I keep holding on, even if it is my the skin of my teeth!


Thanks for the support I have gotten here, even if I am not posting, I am reading!
