Default Renew the promise!!

As I sit here and write this, I know that most likely there won't be as many repsonses as I would like, and that's ok, I need to do it anyway. It's July and I'm sure most of us aren't where we wish were at right now, we've lost our way. I can see this on the exercise thread.
We started out the year with four straight months over 20K, but for May and June, we haven't even broken 20K. I know it's hard, we start off all fired up and then we loose our drive, we get frustrated because we aren't losing as fast as we'd like or we still can't get into our favorite pair of jeans.
BUT if you renew your commitment to yourselves and to your 300+ community, together we can all end the year in a much better position than we started it in. Before we know it Christmas will be here and the end of the year will be right around the bend.
We can beat last year's exericse minutes if we keep going, keep moving, and keep pushing forward.
I hope to see you all posting again on the exercise thread.

Haven't stopped posting exercise minutes and don't plan on ever stopping.

Carol, I agree. I need to step up and get back on the postive thread. I really miss that, it adds so much to my life and weight loss journey.

Thanks for posting this, Faith!! You are so right! I'm sitting here a little bummed because it looks like my vacation wiped out the 4 pound loss I had this summer... that way lies more weight gain! Back on track!

I actually have a lot of exercise minutes to add, but need to pull out my vacation notebook...

LET'S GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What have you got to lose? WEIGHT!

Im in...i never posted my june minutes. I will do that today! I have not lost what I was hoping but we still have time to up those exercise minutes and lose the weight!! For me eating right is easier when Im exercising daily.

Sidrah-- It's stickied at the top of the 300+ page. this month is '300+ Not too hot for exercise in July'
