Exclamation OMG! how do i fix this!

I started off weighing 364 lbs. four years ago. Now I weigh in at 257. My goal is 190-200. My problem is that for the past 3 months I have been stuck in the 257-259 range and I dont know what to do to change that. I run full speed about 2 miles per day, I dont eat fast food, drink soda, alcohol, etc. I cant ride a bike. healthy eating and exercising have become a part of my daily lifestyle. what else can I do?

How are you doing on portion control? Maybe your portions are just a little too big? Are you getting a good variety of foods? Maybe try keeping a food diary and see if you are constantly eating the same things. Have you thought about adding in some strength training?

And if all those things are already in place, you may just have to keep plugging away. Sometimes it just takes a long time to break through.

Even healthy food has calories. How many calories are you eating in a day .

Are you getting enough sleep? I know that some people just doesn't think about this hindering weight loss, but I whole heartedly believe it. If I get enough sleep, then I will have a weight loss if I am doing everything else right. And lately, I haven't been getting enough sleep.

Maybe you aren't in the mood to hear this, but congratulations on the terrific progress you've made!!!

Like the others, I'd suggest you take stock of the number of calories you are eating. I know that I can not lose weight by eating healthy and exercising. It is, in fact, quite easy for me to gain weight while eating a diet that most folks would consider very healthy.

As we lose weight our body requires a different number of calories than when we were bigger. It may be time to re-evaluate the number of calories you should be eating.
