Finally feeling better! Yay!!! I had a great day at work, a full shift, and barely felt sick at all. Thank goodness for rest and antibiotics!

Rat - You are CRAZY productive! Good for you I hope to be that productive on my next day off... Tuesday... and my mouth is watering at the thought of some homemade spaghetti sauce! yum!

babble - Good for you for increasing your water, and glad you're getting used to it!

basketcake - I hear you on the poor daily routine... makes it hard to stay on track sometimes! Pretty exciting though that you're on the edge of 3X!! Good for you, and it's great to hear that you're doing so well

PinkFlamingo - *Hugs* because you sound like you need it. I often wish they'd make a motivation pill, because when it's hard to come by it's REALLY hard to come by. Hang in there, we all care about you.

thinmint - YAYYY for your loss! (That sounds weird, doesn't it?!) But seriously, good for you

Jacquie - Oh the joys of apartment living, eh? Hope you've caught up on your sleep.

My goodness Ratkity you had a busy day. Freezing some of the sauce for when you don't feel like making it will be a good thing.

neonwildflower- So glad that you are feeling better. Antibiotics are good for that.

Basketcase- That's great! Compliments always help motivate.

I had a good weekend, but am glad to have a day off tomorrow.

I'm jumping back on the wagon been gone for a few months things have been crazy with the girls in school and the boys. I was hoping to come back sooner, but I broke my tailbone 5 weeks ago, so that slowed my weight loss down. I can now work out without pain. It's time to get back to eating, as I should and no more excuses.
