My goals have been put on a temporary hold due to a broken ankle. I'm still using my crutches to get up and around a little, but nothing near the walking I was doing. However, I'm still eating on plan and working my upper body, so I'm not going anywhere, just not going to be recording minutes.

I'm really sorry that I haven't been around for a few days. I had the worst cold. I just can't exercise during that crap. Anyway I managed 15 min of weight lifting, sit ups, etc tonight.
