Default Newbie saying hi

Hi all I just wanted to say hello and how I don't feel like I am the only one having to struggle being a 300, when I first started I was three hundred plus well alright 310 but I just hit my goal of ten pounds today. I am so happy happy. I love reading the success stories and the other posts on here and thinking if they can do it so can I, I also I bought my wedding dress in a goal size I want to be in in two years , a sixteen. I feel it's a realistic goal I'm taking it one day one pound at a time. Good luck to all of you.

Welcome! I'm a newbie too! I like that you bought your wedding dress in the size you want to be. That is an extra motivator!!

a size 16 is a very reasonable goal! The dress could even be too big by then. I've went from a 26 to a 20 in eight months!

Tracy -- I lost 100 pounds in about a year. I was VERY consistent, but not nutty. Ate sensibly and started building in exercise. You have to be committed to it (and find something that works for you!) But you CAN do it!

I think that is a very reasonable goal, it prolly will be to big by the time the two year mark comes around!!

Good Job on your 10 mark goal, I hope I can be so diligent in the first few weeks. =/

That is what I told my darling BF and he said well we can have it taken in the dress that is as the dress is now discontinued and I fell in love with it right away.
