I am back from the great Northwest, ready to kick some fatty behind (mine!) for the rest of this month! I am aiming for 2000 minutes this month. (Did you guys see we hit 19680 minutes in June? WAY TO GO, LADIES!)

7/1: hiking in the Cascades 120 minutes
7/2: 4 hours wandering around Seattle on foot, call it 60 minutes
7/3: 45 minutes kayak, 2 hours walking/clamming on beach call it 90 total
7/4: 30 minute hike, lots of time in airports etc.
7/5: 45 minute hike

Total so far for July: 345

Personal: 0 + 345 = 345/2000
Group total: 2715 + 345 = 3060
