Happy Sunday Everyone!

Hope the long weekend was good to you all! Lots of fun. I've been lurking but not responding as 2 kids have been sick this week and 1 came home from the beach red as a lobster and crispy! So my role has been nurse.

I finally decided to do a detox cleanse. Never done one before. And I am now going to do exercise everyday! Just having a hard time getting into bed at a decent hour so I can get up for 6 am. Mind you sleep lost due to kids vomiting does make it more difficult. The last week has been craving heXX. I sucombed everyday and TOM has almost had the best of me. BUT not quite! So back on track. Not going to beat myself up. Just taking one meal at a time. Goal for lbs released for the month of july is 10. I know I can do it just got to make it important and stay motivated! Will try to be more active in posting next week! Have a great night!

Hi Ladies,
Well after a weekend of eating nothing but cr*p, and feelng like an alcoholic with a hangover, literally, I decided I'd better come back here and face the music.
I've gone to the store and bought nothing but healthy stuff and Jim is going to be right by my side this time, so I'm hoping I'll have better luck. I've gained so much back it makes me sick physically and mentally.
I'm just so glad you all are here for that great support I can always count on.

Annie WTG on losing that 3lbs.xxxxxxx
Well not much time today but I had an ok time away. It was hot & my legs swelled up it made me feel ashamed of all the weight I gained from last Summer (30-odd pounds or even more). My dad drives me crazy picking fault & moaning all the time we are there. We got home, I bathed the boys we had a takeaway (HEALTHY chicken gilled with spices & salad & in a pittta bread) then the dog threw up on the living room carpet, he came in from the kitchen ( a tiled floor!!!!) then went out again!!!! Ick!!!!!!
Anyway I'll try & catch up later.
xxxxxxsharon
