Hit the gym tonight but had very little energy. Not sure what's going on with me today. Hopefully it's nothing that a little sleep won't fix. I was somewhere around 35-40 min at the gym. I'm going to call it 38 to even out my number. :p

My new Salsa dance workout arrived yesterday! I tried it out today, and that was 40 min plus I am about to walk to the post office which is another 15 so that is 55 minutes for me today.
