45 min water class, then we had 30 mins of resistance bands and free weights afterwards next to the pool, then a personal trainer helped me set up and try out a weight machine/free weight circuit for 45 min, then I did my post-water class cardio though a little shorter today -- 22 min elliptical and 10 min bike = 152 min

Personal = 100 + 152 = 252/1000

Group total: 2322 + 152 = 2474

I took yesterday off. It was our 15th wedding anniversary so we had date night. I was also broken out in an awful rash on my face...which thankfully the doc gave me some good ointment to help.

Today I did 30 min on the treadmill and 15 of abs/stretching.

I have been super active this weekend, while visiting family. I've been walking, running around, picking up and chasing kids lol. Lifting, cleaning, loads of walking. So, I'm going to count 100 minutes of that. I also have a sunburn..I haven't had one of those in ages! lol

Want some motivation everyone? Here it is. Our goal for the YEAR is to beat the 2007 exercise minutes, right? Well, that year we exercised 205,352 min. So, I figured that to stay on track, we need to get to the 1/2 way point (102,676 min) by the end of June.

Guess what? When our minutes hit 7536 minutes this month, we'll be at the halfway point!!

How fast can we get there???

Yesterday: 32 minute walk through the neighborhood. I timed it carefully because I was curious how long it would take me end-to-end...I am the first house on my road. :p

Today: 90 minutes at the gym - weight, cardio, stretching

Personal: 385 + 32 + 90 = 507/2000 :)

Group Total: 4165 + 32 + 90 = 4287 :D

Heather - Hope you are feeling ok. That happened to me last week and the next day I broke out in an awful rash. Guess it was some kind of allergy thing going on. :^:

Last night I did not feel good at all, but I wanted to go to the gym so I could keep up with my goal minutes before I travel. When I got there I felt great during my workout, but right after I felt like I crashed. I was all shaky and felt nauseous. And my throat was really sore yesterday. Blah. :( I'm so glad today is my scheduled day off.
