Happy Wednesday Everyone!! Just wanted to check in. I struggled a bit last night with feelin' that itch to snack and snack, so I busted out the
air popcorn popper and popped a bowl of popcorn. That helped curb the snack monster and I didn't blow my calories. I realize how stupid this sounds, even before I type it, but I've found that if I don't buy the no-no foods at the store, they don't follow me home and end up in my house for me to blow it on!! I know, I know! I'm working on staying encouraged and keeping the focus on the goal, not the way I'm beginning to feel about salad

I haven't found a way to get a regular exercise routine in my daily life, so that is the goal for the rest of this week!
