Default The Decade Monster Attacks Again

What is the deal????

Everytime I get close to jumping down a "decade" (don't know what else to call it) My weight loss stalls.

I cannot wait to see that 289, but the scale keeps taunting me....

290.4....290.1....290.6... ARGH!!!

I know there is nothing you can do...but it is so frustrating! I just wanted to vent!

I feel you! I've been stuck at 160, my latest 'decade' for what seems like eons. Maybe it's just because I'm so excited that I would be able to move my ticker down. Congrats on your hard work! 20 pounds is impressive!! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you to get to 21 soon.

I've been hovering around 180 for a while now... I've seen 179 on the scale a few times, but I haven't been able to decisively get into the 170s and stay there. So I hear you! We can do this.

That happened to me around the 300 mark. 301,300.6,301.2,300.2 etc. It was maddening! But... if you stick to plan it will go down

I think it's a rule - I know that my scale does this. It's like they have attached pitons to a number, and they spend a lot of time holding on as hard as they can.

The upside is, when they finally let go, I usually lose over a pound - my weight never seems to end in a 9.

Good Job Donna!

I've been feeling the same way recently. Felt like it took me forever to get into the 240s...now I've got my eye on 230s. When you look back on this it will seem like it went by fast. Keep up the great work!
