  • i know this is an old thread, but i had to comment on it. getting that much water can really do some damage to your body. it dilutes the natural electrolytes. also, remember that almost every food you eat has some water in it as well.

  • For me sipping thru the day is the way to go..i dont try and guzzle it ever!!!I also dont drink anything else except one cup of coffee in the morning.
  • I drink water and apple juice (8oz with my gastro "cocktail"). That's it. I don't drink soda pop anymore because then I would need a bag of bbq grippo chips to go with that.
  • Hello, I am slowly working back up to where I need to be with water. Some days it is really, really hard. I heard take your weight and divide it in half, that is the number in ounces of water you should be drinking in a day. My doctor said yes. Wow, that is a lot of water! But I did it yesterday! and a couple days ago too! YEAH ME! I am working on it. Good luck to you all.
  • i always drink at least a gallon of water every day. i always have. that's one thing about weight loss that isn't hard for me. probably the only thing. heh.
  • I dont get enough...I can only swing two 17 oz b ottles per day. MUST WORK ON IT!!! .....gurgle.....
