I mostly do what you girls do--wake up, pee, naked, weigh. I'm not totally strict about it though... sometimes I will still wear pjs or underwear. If it's the weekend, I like to try to workout before I weigh-in. And if it's a bad number, I'll check a few times later. I've dropped two lbs a couple times from when I first wake up til maybe 30 minutes later right before I eat breakfast. I've found the longer I wait to check (before I eat), the less I weigh.
I have also noticed the later i sleep the less i weigh. If only i could stay in bed till noon one sat.I get up early even on the weekends for the most part.

Yes! I always try to get a good night's sleep the night before too, usually going to bed at 9 or 9:30.
1. Smack alarm clock, usually after smacking through 2 previous snooze sessions
2. let dogs out, they have to pee!
3. Pee,
4. Weigh, (sleep naked, no need to undress)
5. Put on sweats, I'm frickin freezin!
6. Let dogs back in and start coffee.
Ever since starting my weight loss journey some 22 months ago ( where did the time go to) I have had the same ritual every morning to weigh in. Though I only record Friday's weight for the weekly weigh in. Here is my routine.
Put glasses on (blind as bat 3 and 8 look alike, not to mention the 1 and the 7!!)
potty break
strip off naked
hop on scales
I hate it if I am sleeping at someone elses house as a guest and I can not carry out this routine Talk about creature of habit
I weigh at 9 a.m. at a weight watchers meeting, so no nekkid WI for me!
I have found, when weighing at the doctor's office in years past, that I actually weigh less at about 11:30 a.m., after breakfast, snack, coffee and water, than I do first thing in the morning. Go figure.
Currently, I have at least one cup of coffee and sometimes breakfast before WI. I do try to wear clothing of a similar weight (jeans and a Tee) and I always go to the bathroom immediately before WI, even if I went 10 minutes before when I left the house. That's about it for the current routine. (If I gain, I can always blame my undigested breakfast, huh?)
1. Grumble bad words at alarm clock
2. Walk quickly past scale (taking care not to make eye to display contact with the "evil being")
3. Potty
4. Shower (being sure to exfoliate, shave legs and to dry off well)
5. Using the same towel as the week before, confront the evil one, eye-to-readout.
6. If the # is less than previous weigh-in, quickly get off scale, give myself a mental high five and continue on with my day....if not, I get back on and dare the evil one to lie to me again!
The night before my weigh day...i eat a lighter than normal dinner and its baked fish green beans and a baked pot(small). I eat by 5 pm and then only drink water the rest of the night. I have found this helps my weigh in. I also dont exercise the day before weigh in...hoping the muscles will let go of any extra water they are trying to hold onto.
