Hi

I am a newbie from the UK and for the first time non pregnant I have weighed in this morning at just over 300lbs.

I am gutted I have let myself get to this stage but I am motivated to get my act together and start losing.

Would love to join you guys if you'll have me.

to 3fc and especially to this board. I have found 3fc a valuable source of information and people willing to help me with my questions.

I am sure that you will find the same as I did that there is a whole host of information, recipes and no one thinks my questions are stupid as they or have been already there.

I know just how you feel, and it can be totally demoralizing to realize how long the journey ahead is going to be.

This is such a fabulous place, because everyone on this board knows exactly how we feel and are in all stages. Motivating and SO supportive.
