I've been remiss in reporting here. I'm doing the work though! :-) Minutes I'm not counting - stretching and push-ups challenge. Minutes I am counting:
Monday - 17 minutes on Leslie Sansone WATP
Tuesday - 30 minutes on my bike.
Ugh! Leslie's kicked my butt again today. My legs are sore from yesterday's hard bike workout so I could only do 15 minutes of WATP video. May do more later on today.
Also did my push-ups for the 100 push-up challenge. Not counting those minutes but I did them! :-)
Last Wednesday through Saturday morning I had 17 hours of strenuous cleaning and organizing. (That is the low estimate excluding any breaks.) = 1020 minutes
Tuesday I worked out at the Gym 25 minutes on the treadmill and 17 minutes weight lifting. That is just my time under load. Not sure of the total time I was strength training. I will check the clock next time. = 42 minutes
Personal for month = 1062
Group total - 1,130 + 1062 = 2192
A VERY hard 30 minutes on the bike eventhough the actual workout was the easiest of them all. My legs are super tired and I have decided to take a break from aerobics tomorrow. I'll sub some easy gentle yoga and my push-ups instead. Let the butt, legs and feet rest! :-)
