Default New here and looking for friends/support

But not new to losing weight/gaining it all back/losing weight/gaining it back and then more/losing weight... you know the cycle

I am 32. I have three kiddo's (7,5 and 2) I've been breastfeeding now cumulatively for 11 years and my youngest just weaned. I am very overweight (I *think* 360ish though my scale only goes to 330) and very much want to get healthy and lose this excess weight.

I'm hoping to make some friends and offer/find some support!

Welcome! You've certainly come to a great place for friendship and encouragement. Jump right in where ever you feel comfortable! Congratulations on making the decision to focus on your health! I know how difficult it is with kids. I have a 3yo and 19mo and somewhere along the way I forgot about me. I'm now a priority!

Thank you all so much!!! I think I'll probably be sticking mostly to this forum and the "30's"

Day three and I'm good I'm tracking my calories on fit day, eating every 2-2.5 hours (mini meals throughout the day) and eating very healthfully. I'm NOT hungry. I'm NOT having cravings. I am having trouble forgetting about snacking at night but having a cut off (8) and a planned snack for just before that really helps.

Walking to the school today (like every day!) to pick up the kids and since I run a day care I'll have one in the sling and two in the bike stroller. I'm going to try to hoof it and see how I do!!!

Thanks again everyone

here on the site you will find lots of help and advice to guide you along your weight loss journey. Plus recipes which are health but delicious to vary your health eating plan. I have found them invaluable and my dh swears he a "guinea pig" with all the new things I try out on him
