Hello everyone! Well, today I am beginning a new journey. After years of illness, surgeries, etc...my weight has ballooned to 365lbs. Not that I was ever a truly healthy weight since my childhood, but certainly never this "morbidly obese". I was given the go ahead by my doctor to begin a new kind of eating and exercising routine but told that due to my previous health issues my weight loss would be very slow. I'm hoping to prove them wrong but am also keeping my eye on the goal of being healthy. I hope to find this site to be a big encourager as well as to be able to encourage others during this journey. So, hi there to all of you who are walking down this same path with me. May our efforts be rewarded.

to 3fc and especially to the 300+ thread. Like yourself I have health issues (ms) which hampers my weight loss due to medication and unable to do the exercise that I would like. Though nevertheless I have managed to lose the weight with the kind people here on 3fc who have been so supportive and given me so much advice along the way.
