Dogpal, I signed up and I think that Dgramie did, too. I don't know about anyone else. There are a lot of people jumping on the challenge and the names have all blurred together for me.

Julee, take care and don't push too hard, today. Just let yourself recover.

I hope everyone is having a great, OP day.

Cheers!

Have you ever woke up feeling like you've slept on a movie theatre floor after being up all night at a frat house party? I practically feel like I'm hung over, but didn't have the fun of the party. I stayed up too late. Somewhere along the way, I forgot that I'm not 16 anymore.

Had a good appointment with my doctor yesterday. He wants to see both of us next time. Yikes. I think I'm going to go back to bed.

Rain- yes i signed up for the challenge.

catherine_ wow you are such a partier...lol

annie_ I think we have to record our weight for the biggest loser anytime the week of the 7th. I will do mine on the sept 12. At least i think that is how it is working

julee- glad to hear you have kept something down.

dmpls_ how is your day going??

well i have done good today. I came in at 1445 calories. I am working on finishing up my last 64 ounces of water. NOw im hoping to even get some kind of exercise in tonight. I still have a few things to do around the house before i can relax. I cant wait for the new season of tv shows to start. I do much better jumping on the minitrampoline when i am into a show.
hugs

hiya chickies
Not much to report here. I've done horribly on food and water. So I joined the BL challenge and hopefully that will get my tail jump started again.

I AM doing better on water today. Figured I'd start with that and then get better on food as the days go on. I'd still like to lose another 30 before the end of the year, and feel it's doable if I can get back into it....so keep your fingers crossed.

Carol, sounds like you are suffering from the same thing I am. No motivation. Did you sign up too? Maybe that will get us both going.

Catherine, maybe you have multiple personalities and one took over and went out partying and then the real you came back and has to deal with it. At least that's what happens in the soap operas.

Julee, how did it go at work with the upset tummy?

Annie, hi! So glad you had such a great time with your niece.

Penny, on the new car!

toodles
Debbie

Yeah I can post again. I hate it when I hit the wrong button and it told me to reset. I was so lost, so now I am going to leave it alone. Thanks Suzanne!

I did good today.....had a slimfast for breakfast, school lunch of raviolis(3), fresh fruit and stirfry vegies, for dinner I oven roasted chicken breasts and made a modified fried rice to go with it.....had a sweet tooth so I made sugar free chocolate pudding with 2% milk.....Need to increase water again!

The day went well, still dealing with HS drama from coworker but trying my best to just let it roll of my back and not let it get to me! Our classroom is finally starting to get into a routine and as long as we have not outbursts its been running pretty smoothly. Decided to work on the yearbook again this year.....even though the teacher that is the official sponsor is a male and a person whom I don't care to work with in any type of close situation......he has been appropriate thus far and he is WELL aware of my feelings towards his inappropriate behavior/comments I've witnessed from him in the past. We have school pictures on Friday and that will be hecktic but I think I have remembered everything that needs to be done and have reminded him of everything that needs scheduling.

hope everyone has a wonderful day tomorrow!

Debbie - I went ahead and signed up for TBL this time - thanks for the nudge. When the time comes we need to start the weekly WI here too - think? I think I had misconceptions about what it was last time and am going in this time with a more open mind.

Catherine - you party animal! So how was school - unless I missed it did you get back to the pool too?

Move your bodies, drink your water and SMILE.

Hugs,
Carol

Think of one word that would explain your stumbling right now with your plan.......

Bernice-I am sure picture day will go well on Friday. I am glad that you are working on the yearbook again this year, don't let that male bother you, it will work out. I love the avatar of you too!

dgramie-I hope you didn't bake that cake in your sleep going to bed with growling noises!

Debbie-get any water in yet?

Well I am up and starting early today. That way I don't hit the snoooooooze button on the alarm again. I should have the girls up on time today! lol little one went to bed early, but the older one wanted to get ahead on homework and so we did some government chapter reading outloud and took notes for each other. How boring! We didn't get it all completed, but she has until Friday to get through it. Probably more tonight! Not sure I am excited about it though as we were both stating to yawn some last night.
I have water beside me this morning and am getting ready to get breakfast and start the day! That flylady keeps flying past, I think she is scared of my house!! I am too, that is why I think I am not going to answer the telephone so I can get some things done!! Well, I am on the move now. Later, Penny

dmpls_ i think my one word might be BOREDOM...being stuck inside with 3 kids after having alot of ME time this summer.

penny- open your door and let flylady come in..you will be amazed at what a clean sink will do for your day and how much you can accomplish in just 15 min. I would never make it thru a day without her routines to keep me going.

carol_ i agree we need to start a weigh in here as well..walrus did the last one for us and it really helped me!!

I didnt do all the challenges on the TBL but i did a few and i tried to at least post a note when i recorded my weights..I hope i get on the blue team again but it really doesnt matter ..anything to keep me motivated.
I sure wish i had a dose of the easy days we talked about bottling.

I guess I went to sleep with baking that cake on my mind...well yesterday while looking at recipes trying to find something new to try this weekend i saw a recipe for mac and cheese cupcakes..well i guess between that recipe and me wanting to make a cake...i dreamed i made a mac and cheese cake..YUCK!!! so im not even hungry for that cake now!!LOL

I hope today is an easy OP day for everyone!!!

Wow - I am so proud of all of you who signed up for TBL. I did well on it. Did not do many challenges simply cause there were to many to keep track of. I need to KISS it or else I lose my focus of releasing weight. I did read and post once a day and do the WI. I was on the black team and now since that has disbanded I dont know where I will be but the folks on both teams are great.

Well Sunday got fed up with my paper/stationary addiction. Got rid of the huge office desk that was broken anyways and bought a small computer desk with no extras. Which leave no space for mountains of paper to avalanche. Monday spend the day sorting and purging. Bought stamps to mail traditional letter writing. I just cant toss beautiful paper. PM me your address and I will mail you a note with an inspirational quote! And I can not $buy$ any more stationary. Then the cleaning and purging mode hit the master bedroom and now I am hitting the storage closet. But I need to get the shopping cart of "charity" stuff out of here before I start the next target. I usually do this the last week of summer before the kids go to school. But this year I am being ruthless. Kitchen will be next. Hopefully I can keep this up and not run out of steam before its al done. Mind you I guess that is also part of the weight release is the more energy I have. But not knowing what my new limit is kinda scares me I dont like unfinished jobs.

Did not weigh in yet this week. But must on Fri before labour day parties. Two on sat and on on sunday! The kids will be wiped.

Have a great day!

Carol-My classes start the 4th, and the pool reopens the 1st, but since that is a holiday here, no aquasize. The 2nd is orientation at school, so I can't go that day either. I'm afraid to go the day before I start school, and I'll be too tired the day after, so I'm planning to go the 9th. I was planning to go Fridays, but since my class got changed from Wednesday to Thursday, I'll probably go Tuesdays. It might actually work out better once I get into the swing of things I'm, hoping to go Tuesdays and Fridays.

I woke up sick to my stomach this morning after being lethargic yesterday. We have had a Listeria outbreak here, and we both ate something a week ago that ended up on the recall list. Normally it only bothers the old, young, or immune compromised. I had that bad spell with my immune system in March, so it's got himself pretty worried. I keep catching him looking at me expecting me to drop or something. There's 15 dead already, and Listeria has an incubation period of up to 3 months, so we are debating whether to put me on the antibiotics just in case. If I'm not feeling feisty by tomorrow, I'll probably do it. I rarely ever eat meat, but it was so hot that day, that we went out to eat, and had a sub in the air conditioned Safeway next door.

Well I went back to work yesterday but I don't know if it was the bst idea. I attempted to eat a normal lunch (salad, egg whites, string cheese, WW 1 pt bar) and my stomach wasn't happy about it. I can keep food DOWN..but nothing is staying IN (it's a directional thing). Fortunately I am keeping in water and I went out and got more ginger ale..since I had to stay last night till 10 to run a program. I finally took an Immodium around 11 and it seems to be helping...either that or the 1/2 waffle I ate right before.

One of my teens, who is a lot like a little sister to me, is having a lot of isues right now..and on top of everything their family found out last night that the grandmother has inoperable cancer and may have about a month left. When the program ended the rest of the family was at the hospital and she didn't so much want to be in the house alone, so we went for coffee and split a belgian waffle.

Hope everyone else is having better days and Catherine....no more midnight keg stands

hi everyone
Nothing new here. I am just taking a break before they deliver my dumptruck full of dirt *L* We need to level out the backyard and finally they are delivering the dirt today. Only sucky part is that we have to haul it back in wheelbarrows. Anyone know how many wheelbarrows of dirt you can fit into a dumptruck?? There are 2 positive things about it though. A level backyard and LOTS of exercise. I am really going to give it my all too cause I want a killer weigh in next week and am having a family bbq/housewarming here on Sunday and want a little leeway so I can enjoy the food.

where can I sign up for the Loser challenge?? I looked around and didnt see it?
