Now i am having a **** of a time getting back on track..
When i dont eat exactly right i am hungry all the time! I hate it!
How does everyone keep themselves on track and get back on track when you get off?
I know i need to, and i know im gona die if i stay like this.. but i just am having a hard as **** time getting back on track this time

I get so sick of drinking so much water.. And i think thats a HUGE part of my problem getting back on track..
I just dont get thirsty and drinking just 10 ounces a day is a HUGE accomplishment for me..
When i was doing good, i was drinking 80 ounces a day and that isnt even enough but its all i could get down..
But now.. off track im lucky if i get 10 ounces down for the whole day!
And i dont drink other stuff.. nothing at all.. no sodas, no tea, no coffee, absolutely nothing else to drink and i just dont get thirsty!
I'm just in a big RUTT and havin a **** of a time getting out! HELP~!
