Today’s weigh-in brings me to 255.2 which is 1.4 pounds more than last week. Yes, after 318 days on plan I had a couple of really bad days. I'm already back on plan, but I know from the past experience that it will likely take another week to sort itself out.

Hope I can just jump right in. :) My first weigh-in was today, but it was only 3 days on plan, since I want to weigh-in on Monday. My starting weight was 383, and today I am 380, lost 3 pounds in my first 3 days. :) I'm anxious to see my my first full week goes. :)

down 2 more pounds. its coming off very slowly, less than a half a pound per week. but hey a loss is a loss! plus with turkey day last week I a glad I didnt gain :)

I did my weigh in yesterday (long story, but taking a maintenance week during exams, no planning at all, including weigh-ins). So anyway, I'm down 1.4 pounds for the week.
