Thanks, it is discouraging, but I have to remember I am well ahead of my goals, My next mini goal is to have loss 30 pounds total by xmas, and i am only 6 pounds from that. :)

Today’s weigh-in brings me to 258.0 which is 3.2 pounds less than last week. No idea why it's that much this last week as I was basically off my exercise plan, although I always adjust my food accordingly. I'm guessing it was the exceptionally heavy period that got rid of some excess water I was carrying around. Either that or I'll lose next to nothing next week. :)

I weighed myself today 10/28 and I went up to 341 from 337.5 since the last time I weighed myself on 10/18. I was traveling and eating well didn't go as nicely as I'd hoped. On top of water weight... This is frustrating.

Well I lost 3.4 lbs last week and I will be doing this weeks WI tomorrow. Probably won't lose much. I "feel" so heavy, it's close to my TOM so that might be why I feel this way, not to mention craving chocolate and salt.

Bunny don't beat yourself up. You know what to do to correct the gain, even though I know it's frustrating. I know that I ate little chocolate candy bars today and felt guilty for it. Funny thing is I rarely eat sweets but for some reason I felt driven to eat it. Did I mention DH brought those things here. It never fails when I start to lose he starts bringing me treats, which I usually throw out or give to the kids. Hum, maybe he has issues???
You'll do fine, just get back on track as best as you can, at least thats what I'm trying to do :). |
