Today is the first day that I've managed an entire pre-programmed elliptical program. I'm pretty jazzed. I did a minute of the cool down, too. And to think, the last week of june (when I started) I was dying after 10 minutes.
29 elliptical + 21 nustepper = 50 minutes for me. 736 + 50 = 786 for me Group 4647 + 50 = 4697. Wow, we're doing some exercise, ladies! Nice job! |
