It looks like we're about in the same place, too. I've never done the South Beach diet, but I love their whole wheat pizzas. I take them to work on the weekends.
I'm finding that making smaller goals (Check out this thread:
Christmas Goals) is proving to be helpful, and focusing on exercise and feeling good has really changed my eating habits. It's great that you have a supportive hubby!
