Ok so to some people this might be stupid but to me it was a big deal. I went to the doctors today for a med check and the medical assistant asked me to jump on the scale and I did. I didn't even have a panic attack or think twice. I felt like I had accomplished something!

I had that too! I think its because you honestly know you are working on reducing the weight. The panic for me comes when I am completely guilt ridden and KNOW that I am doing harm by continuing to gain.

wow, that's awesome. HOnestly, i still don't feel comfortable jumping on the scale. (actually, i have never felt confortable). I don't know how long it will take me there. So that's a definitely nice achievement. Keep going and you'll meet your goal ^^
