Count me in for 1000. This will be my first month tracking minutes - let's see how it goes!

I'm just starting and I just paid rent, so I won't have a gym membership until Friday! Until then I will be walking outdoors and stretching (not counting stretching in the minutes).

I'm setting a goal for 800 minutes this month and I hope to surpass it!

I did about 3ish hours of walking around today but most of it was pretty laid back so I am only counting 20 minutes.

450+20=470 minutes

I did an exercise DVD yesterday which combined cardio + weights, 50 minutes total.

Group total: 470 + 50 = 520

ok I will Jump in on this bandwagon! I will shoot for 400....since this is the first month I will be tracking as well as starting exercise! I may reevaluate my goal midmonth!


30 mins on the treadmill yesterday

Group total: 685 +30 = 715

I shoveled snow for 45 minutes at home and work this am.

Personal Goal: 50 + 45 = 95

Group Total: 715 + 45 = 760

I am still planning on running tonight, but I will count that tomorrow. :)

50 minutes, DVD - cardio (boxing) and leg exercises with cardio intervals.

100/900 ~ personal target.

Group Total: 849 + 50 = 899

90 mins treadmill, 15 mins shoveling snow/chipping ice/carrying wood (it felt like it was longer, but since I didn't check I'm only counting 15!

Group total: 899 + 105 = 1,004
