Default 483 lbs of me, dropped 8lbs this week!
I am ecstatic at my loss this week I weighed in at 483lbs which is an 8lb loss, I am going to post the first paragraph from my blog this morning because I think it sums it up nicely.

Persistence is the twin sister of excellence. One is a matter of quality, the other, a matter of time. I have achieved both in the past 2 months with a lifestyle change. I have come from a father worried about the longevity of his life to someone that knows He will be successful in dropping the weight that has figuratively as well as literally held him back in recent years. I work out daily and watch what I eat. I also find myself wondering how could I be sticking to this as easily as I am right now, and yet found it so hard in the past, either way I am very pleased with My results so far.

I almost skipped the 80's all together! and I want to say thank you yet again for the support that I get here, I have met a couple people (met online and email's etc not physically) on here that have been an amazing source of support. I am feeling better and moving a lot more than I had been since I started this life change. I just thought I would post up my mornings great news.

Wow thanks for the replies so far! it makes me very happy to know that people are actually following my blog and call themselves "fans"of it. really thats Cool! hopefully when I hit my goal of being 275 lbs you will all still be there reading along! Thanks for the support, its appreciated.
