Good Monday Morning Everyone!
Getting ready to start work. I myself have training then I will be training all afternoon lol. I get trainned on the new CSI guidelines then I have to pass it on to everyone else. Well, I had a blow out weekend. Well if you can call it that. I decided not to count points. I really didnt blow my diet that badly. I had 1 extra slice of pizza and a mocha coffee that was my extravagance lol. Thank you all for your ideas with my daughter. We are packing her lunch now, so that I can watch what she is eating. I have not told her she couldnt have anything. I just ask her to make better choices. In her lunch she packed 2 tortilla roll ups, whole wheat tortillas, turkey breast, colby cheese, lettuce, tomatoe, green onion, and honey mustard. She then took baked chips, fruit snacks and a fruit cup with flavored bottled water. I was happy with that. Well, everyone have a great day and stay op. Tina |
