Question ediets vs. nutrisystem

Hey! I saw a commercial the other night for Ediets, where they will deliver your food. Sounds about the same as Nutrisystem to me.

My question, does anybody have any good or bad experiences with these programs? I'm thinking of joining up with one. I don't like to cook, and frankly I don't really have the time for meal planning. They both sound great, but you know the saying...if it sounds too good to be true it is.

Thanks!

You should check the specific threads to these diets...I believe they have reviews for them.

One of the founders of the site, Suzanne, tried Nutrisystem and she wrote up a review, which you can find here:

I haven't heard anything about the eDiet's delivery plan.

She also reviewed Diet to Go:

You also might want to check out the forum here focused on those kinds of plans:

Personally I am too cheap to sign up for one of those plans, although even so I know I spend a good bit of money on food. I don't do much cooking either, but I find ways to get by. I do most of my shopping at Trader Joe's and they have a number of really decent pre-done meals and things. I hope you find something that works for you!
