OOOooooh yeah.. wearing padded bike shorts under clothes will cause major slippage of all parts in places you don't want them to go!!
I am not afraid to wear Spandex padded shorts in public. I've had to have enough therapy for the fat jokes, the rest of the neighborhood can get therapy for seeing me in them shorts! Muhahahaha.
