AmmiUK, I am currently following the ******* plan. WHich is sort of like the atkins diet but without all the fat. I eat nothing but lean protein and the vegetables on ACCEPTable list. Lots of water of course and a good multivitamin. I allow myself 1 free day a month, I can eat anything I want just in moderation. So far it works for me. Good luck with WW, I can see it IS working very well for you, 110lbs lost is awesome. Keep up the good work!! Everyone else is doing a fabulous job also. Good Luck everyone!
