Don't beat yourself up about it. Everybody falls off at some point and it will probably happen again. Nobody can be perfect all the time. What's important is that you get back on track and don't let the little hiccups get you discouraged.
I fell off for three months before I was able to get myself under control. I ate everything I could find. I'm surprised I didn't gain back more weight than I did.
