Brenda, what program are you doing? ive been MIA for a while...

re the scales - i ONLY weigh in at my WW meetings. i cant be attached to the scale or it makes me INSANE. seriously. you also cant always go by the scales anyway. make sure you are using some other benchmark, like measurements. it will make all the difference in the world when you plateau

Tarra: Just looked at your pics. You are beautiful in both. You have georgeous blue eyes! I do like your hair cut in the 2nd picture. It sure does show off your wonderful weight loss! Thank you for sharing. I have tried to post photos of my before ( I have no after yet because uh well, I have only lost a tiny bit) any way, I can't seem to figure it out. lol. I can pretty much make Microsoft Word, Excel or Acces do anything I want but I am too dummy to post a photo. lol.

I forgot whose hubby had the fall at work but I hope you're spoiling him with breakfast in bed & looking after him. Work'mates' can be so useless!!!!! My hubby got his finger trapped in a press at work & I didn't know 'til his mate's wife rang me, she's a big drinker & I didn't know whether to believe her! Turns out he had to have the end of his finger removed & eight weeks off work!!! Hope your hubby makes a FAST recovery.xxxxxx
