I just wanted to say as a newbie, I find a lot of comfort in this forum. Reading others who are going through the same thing I am, and who are losing the weight, and keeping it off gives me a lot of hope. It's nice to know you have people who will be there & supportive through good and bad times.

You are spot on about how it really helps to be amongst people who know how you feel being overweight, and who will be so supportive along the way as we battle to lose the weight we need to. I love this place and without it I know I wouldn't have done half as well as I have so far. Not that you'll need it I am sure, but definitely with your weight loss journey.
I couldn't believe it when I found such a supportive forum with people who were like me!!! This really is a great place for information, support, and inspiration!
Yup, me too. New, new, new. Everyone has said it, but one more time won't hurt, ya'll are incredible. I totally want to be a part of this place. I never realized how motivating support networks could be. I have already made changes in the three or four days I have been lurking around here. Thank you to you all for being here.
