I can't remember if I posted my exercise goal on this board or another. Anyway, February was abysmal, didn't make my target. I believe I set this month's target at 600 minutes, and I am doing pretty well so far:
3/4 60 minutes walking
3/5 60 minutes exercise class
3/7 60 minutes exercise class
3/10 30 minutes walking
Personal total: 210 minutes
Group total: 5167 + 210 = 5377
I also take 5 minute walk breaks at work about 2-3 times per day (usually when I have to go pee

). Does that count? If so, then my personal total should be ALOT higher.
