Thursday I did 60 minutes at the gym (30 elliptical and 30 weights), then the same on Sunday and another 30 minutes walking on Sunday afternoon. That brings my total to 673.
If I counted the yard work this weekend I suppose this would be higher, but based upon my "only count it if you do it for exercise and not just because it needs done" rule, I'm not counting that. NO chance of making my March goal. But I'm counting it as a victory that I'm still attempting to get some exercise in regardless.
