Last night was 30 minutes elliptical and 30 with my trainer, bringing my total to 478.
The group total is now 10,520 + 60 = 10,580

 Covering three (3) days today ~ 15 + 15 + 20 = 50 (rtm's, hand-weights, chair aerobics, and indoor walking only, as I have a bum knee)
Personal Goal ~ 450 + 50 = 500/373
