I'm not part of this usual group but I just wanted to say hi and say welcome back! This site is awesome.. I used to come and go then come and go, and somehow coming just stuck and it's been fabulous. I'm a univ student so I can totally relate to how crazy things can get when you're trying to catch up and organize yourself so that you can finally BE caught up and slow down

. I hope you are feeling better, sorry to hear you were feeling unwell for a few weeks! As for calories, it is a personal choice but it is advised not to eat less than 1200 a day. Having said that, many people losing still eat more than that like 1600, 1800 even. So it definitely depends.
