Hello all! Quick post, not much time. Too much going on at the office.

But wanted to pop in.
I overslept today and only got 10 minutes on the elliptical. I figured that was better than nothing, right?
Zelma: I'm glad you posted. You have been in my thoughts. You are right, no matter how old you are when you lose a parent, you feel like a child. I was quite young (22 for Mom, 24 for Dad) when I lost mine. It's been so many years ago! And I still miss them now and then, especially Mom, we were so close...but it
does get easier and eventually you will be able to remember the good times without that awful ache!

It's a lot like losing weight - you keep going and you eventually get there.
Catherine - Your posts are still inspirational! I've cited those "Habits of Effective Dieters" often since you first posted them!
Ammi - I think you are going to beat me girly! I seem to be on a bit of a plateau. I don't do WI until tomorrow, but it's not looking good - Good for you though!
Annie - Now THAT'S exercise! YOU GO GIRL!
Must run! Love to all and HANG IN THERE!
